Brain, Tractors are like the stock market, they go up and they go down, some parts of the country get more than others as well. If you need the money and the person you are selling it to is going to take care of it, or restore it then I'd sell it. If it's going to a bone yard for parts or a dealer I'd list it on the forsale ad's here, the ad's with pictures bring better responce's in some case's than the other ad's. I always listed mine in both with a ref in the written ad's to see the picture ad. Wish I was closer and had the money I've always wanted a M in fair shape but first I have to bring the 1943 H back to life I saved from the bone yard :o)
