THe Ceramic puck disk will take material off of both the flywheel and pressure plate as it is much harder than either. An organic (does not mean the edible sense of organic) compound semi-metallic disk (usually with copper strands in it) will last very well and be far less prone to expensive flywheel wear. In addition the organic disk will be softer on clutch engagement, chattering less and being less jerky when at the friction point letting it out. sense it had the ceramic disk, make sure the Flywheel is true, and the step depth is correct between the PP mounting surface, and the friction surface.
