Just bought this, Having low hydraulic pressure in a IH 3514, changed oval filter (pick up), return (canister) filter on order, accessories will work if PS is bypasssed. will dig, but very slowly. This backhoe does not have a front crank driven pump, the pump is case mounted, driven off of the crank. history is that everything was working fine, the previous owner drove it across a field, and all the backhoe loader functions went to snail operation. the oval filter was collapsed, any thoughs anyone.
