Thanks so much AG. Our only dealer in the state has dropped Case/IH back in Feburary and now C&G has dropped them. I'm not sure who I will choose to call, but I guess I just assumed they weren't offered anymore.
Wiese and Ingersoll show 18 inch notched flat-center blades available. You'll have to find a dealer who handles either or both of them, though.
As far as C&G, it's sad to see them go.
It's happening locally here, too: Longtime, good dealers that don't move massive amounts of new machinery, have 2 or less locations, and don't have fancy new buildings are going away, and it's not the dealer's choice. It's gonna be really hard to find a local dealer here in five years with any interest in selling parts for or servicing the pre-85 stuff.
I don't think any dealer can ever move enough new machinery, have a fancy enough building, or have enough dealerships in their conglomerate to please CIH's momma FIAT, and decades of quality representation of a company and it's predecessors means next to nothing to them.
