Go to your nearest truck tire dealer and ask for a sample of their tire lubricant. It is like a grease. I have a small container of it and the lube works great!! It is vegetable based and also softens rust in the rim as an added benefit. The brand name escapes me at the moment and since it is 20 degrees BELOW ZERO tonite , I am not going to run out to the shop! LOL
