Smith, When you opened it up what do you see?? If sleeves inside were rusted bad than I would try to push the pistons out with the sleeves. Lots of spray PB and let it soak in some. If you removed the rod caps than the crank could have stayed where it was! I have pushed them out and split the sleeve with a angle grinder and saved the pistons and rods. New rings and sleeve and your going the other direction. It took along time to get set up you have to give it some time to get free. Lots of PB and sometimes heat. oldiron29
