I've learned my lesson; find out the correct fluid and use it. You don't change this stuff very often and some hold alot of fluid (could be a costly mistake). If Hytran is called for, use it or a very similar substitute.
I just put HyTran in my Super A trans thinking that was correct. Found out that 90W is really what's specified. That's why it now crunches going into gear. Plan is to use the HyTran as rinse-out fuild for a little while then change it again. Only 5 Qt so not too costly a mistake.
