I think it can be used in the way you describe. The biggest issue is to absolutely block out the possible use of the middle (all up all down) position. It needs to be mechanically blocked with a metal plate made to literally prevent lever movement forward or back in that middle slot. the reason is that the loader and hitch would than be isolated from each other at all times. If the middle slot were used the pressure sides of each (loader and hitch) would be paralleled together in a way that would allow loader cylinder pressure to surge into the hitch, or vice versa. This would cause potential dropping of the bucket and loss of controlled descent of the bucket load. Or dropping of the hitch load and raising of the bucket. Keeping them absolutely separate will do as you want. Be careful to make the lockout system even before trying the plumbing!! Jim
