The bushings will have to be made as ya can not get them . When making the bushings use Oil Lite bronze and before you take the old one out index the grove in the bottom bushing as it serves as a drain , When you make the bottom bushing cut the grove on the outside and on the inside there is a spiral grove that needs to be in there for lubing of the bottom bushing.And the old bushings come out hard.
