Decent tractor, 276 gas is not as common (at least here) 276 diesel was fairly popular back in the day.
276 might be a little weak to run much of a snow blower, and I think geared fast in R. I put a few hours on a 276 on 14.9-28's with a 1501 loader this month and it seemed to move along pretty good in Low R.
You might be ok with a less than 6 foot blower and a 5' bush hog.
If it has a loader or you plan to put a loader on it, power steering is a must....
