Hi Ace,Tom, This is copied from the IH 340U manual and explains it better than any of us can: And I quote " Trannsmission an differential case (also reservior for tractors with Hydra-touch and with or without Tourque amplifier" Approx 10gal. " IH Hy-Tran Fluid or a mixture of one quart IH Tourque Amplifier Transmission Lubricate to each four gallons of "SAE-10w engine oil" So if it's good enough for IH it's good enough for me. I would howerver agree that in a small one gallon system, I would not consider more than a 50/50 mix just because I like to have a larger safety margin than IH recomends. T_Bone
