Rex, From reading the responses there appears to be some confusion in the adapter you are asking about. Are you asking - is there an adapter that allows the use of an IHC 2 point fast hitch implement on a tractor equipped with a 3-point lift system or are you asking about an adapter to adapt a 3 point implement to a 2 point fast hitch IH tractor? If you are wanting to use a three point implement on a 2 point fast hitch IHC tractor (like your IH 240 Utility) there are adapters currently being produced to support that need. Bates Corp. in Bourbon, Indiana offers newly made ones on their website. I haven't seen an adapter for a 2 point fast hitch implement to a 3 point tractor but guess they could have been produced. In an earlier thread you mentioned needing to obtain a May-June 2004 Red Power magazine for some fast hitch information. If there is something you want copied I would be most happy to provide that to you as I have a copy. You can also obtain past copies from Red Power through their website for $5.00 postpaid I believe. If you just need some copies my email is open on this thread if you want to contact me, Hal.
