From what i have gathered here you have a miss and you have two bent push rods on #2 , i would be looking into #2 real hard as there has to be something in that hole that is causing the valves to hit hard enough to bend the push rods . and if there is noise then there is damage . a bore scope would be nice for a look see , or pull the head if you can handle that kind of work and know what your doing .
