That looks like it. What I can't remember is whetehr the original lead was routed over the governor (i.e.) behind the fan bracket, or down and under. If there's any extra length on the lead from the sending unit, I think I'd favor the upper routing to avoid it fouling in the belt. Also not sure, but there may be a blind hole somehere on the front of the head or on the sides near the front where you could put a clip to secure the lead.
