Oh yea it moves more GPM's BUT you are not putting all the fluid thru the filter as it is also opening the bypass . And weren't you the one with plugged filters , just sayen . If you are one of the lucky ones that never gets a tractor STUCK then you could add the double stack filter kit and then you will be able to FILTER all the oil that your sucking thru the filter . The 17 GPM pump was made for BACKHOE LOADER operation Where they ran a 17 GPM pump and a 21 GPM pump. Together . And oh they ran a larger filter also .
