Drain the oil out of the three drain holes plus the filter housing. Put the plugs back in with a new filter and fill it with 17 gallons of diesel and drive around for ten minutes. I also loop a hydraulic hose from the valve outlets to flush them with diesel. Park tractor and let it drain for a few days. Replace filter again, put in plugs and fill with hy-tran and you are good to go. The little bit of diesel in the lines will not hurt anything. Good luck.
