Probably the seals in the PTO input shaft . And if you are running the trans -rearend over full is not helping . Now as to why this started ???? but it could be caused by the IDPTO bearing going bad and may be the shaft it's self is about ready to strip out and leaving you high and dry . She will need split at the bell housing to repair and while your there look real hard at the spines in the pressure plate and the IDPTO shaft.
