I run across a LOT of old tractors and machinery setting back in the fields while out bird (sharptails, partridge, grouse) hunting. I've especially found this true in Montana. Although it looks like they've been setting there for 30 years they have not rusted badly, apparently due to the low humidity of that area. I found one gent in Montana that has over 500 green tractors in giant warehouses. All were in first class shape, a result of his Father's lifetime hobby.
