The dump valve is located on the back side of the MCV valve body and that is located on the center section of the tractor on the left and has linkage to the clutch pedal . Set down and read how to do this and you will be fine . Now as to Bl3eeding out the steering lines ya had best plan on getting new o/rings as if you try and POWER bleed the system more then likely you will blow out the O/Rings . (0% of your problem is contaminated oil and a plugged filter . Always keep several filters and gskt. on hand and change the hyd. filter several times a year.
