Not much to the wiring on a S/H , three wires out over top of the valve cover with two going to the gen. and one to the coil. Yellow wire to the fields Blue to the armature and black to the coil. The yellow and blue go back to the reg. and then the black and at the moment i can not recall the color of the wire from the reg back to the amp gauge but the black wire goes to the ing. switch. and ya have a red wire from the back of the amp gauge going to the starter button.
