Something to keep in mind about the 400 series engines. The sleeves have three O-rings on them but only the top one does the sealing. The lower two serve to locate the sleeve in the block. If there is erosion in either the block or the sleeve just replacing the O-rings will not result in a satisfactory repair. There are repair sleeves that can be installed in the lower bore of the block to salvage a damaged block. They do require some machine work in the block to be installed.
