To find which cylinder is missing, start the engine, loosen one injector line at a time, then retighten it, until don't notice any difference in the way it runs while the injector line is loose. That is probably the bad one. It will spray a little fuel so be careful. It may run a little worse, but not as bad as it would if you loosened a good cylinder. To check them, they really should be put on an injector tester. This will tell you what pressure the injector "pops" at. It can also show the spray pattern to see if the nozzle may be plugged a little. I hope this helps you.
