Steve if the serial number is 203310, it is a 1949. The X1 is designates gasoline only.

Loader wise and I am assuming you are using the liftall belly pump. Those pumps get weak with age. A rebuilt pump will give you around 850 psi. Hydraulic oil wise, use Hy-Tran or non-detergent SAE 30.
