jeds right. at one time it had linkages that ran down the right side of engine (probly gone now)to the shutter assembly on the front of radiator. that crank would turn to adjust. Most shutter assembly's were bad to seize up. alot of assemblys and linkages were taken off and discarded when they become to not work.
