Dry torque for a 3/4 fine thread bolt is 138 grade 2, 223 grade 5, 315 grade 8. I strongly doubt that IH used grade 2 for that. I agree with D Slater: if you can"t figure out the grade from the bolt marking assume grade 5 (but if it has no marking at all replace it).
According to the shop manual for my 544 "dot" bolts should still have the SAE line markings.
