If it measures 11in outside to outside they would be 10in You can get rims for that tractor from 7in to 15 there are different suppliers of rims that will go on your tractor BUT the four places where they bolt to the center will be differeent in style but still work as the original loops are no longer available. So if you want original factory type you will need to find used. You can grind off the little square mounts on your old ones and get new blank ones and then attach them using rivets. It has been done.If you are going to stay with your 11.5 tires you want the 10in rims. If you wanted new 9.5s get 8in rims.Its up to you your tractor and you can do whatever you like.
