Dave....they always do have a big ASKING price. I remember that JP Tractor usually tries to get around $300 plus for his 140 grills...and those have dents in them at the $300 range.
All I need is the bottom piece like on eBay as mentioned and when you look at it how it is made....it isn't worth $100. If I had a good one to use, I'd take it to the metal works shop and have some made myself for about $15-20 each.
I just bought the 140 grill on eBay and got it at a good price, but It needs the bottom peice and then I have a few more. If you look close, you can get the grills reasonably and not pay the markup price for those restorers that have to have one NOW. haha.
