Mine were not completely rusted off. I let them soak in PB Blaster for about a week. Reached in with a 1/2 ratchet and a deep socket. The back ones are the easiest to get too. My C has the fast hitch, so the two L brackets on the side were the worst to get off. Both bolts on them twisted off in the floor plate.
