I drove them out with a piece of oak. Several came out with the sleeve and piston. The rest came out without the sleeve. I used a torch to free the stuck pistons. This was in 1975 on a Farmall A. Tractor was in sad shape. Hal PS: The machine shop should know to under cut the puck to fit the sleeve.
