Hi SS, Before you start parts replacing, I would invest in a 3000lb pressure gauge, tee, 1/4" hose and some high pressure pipe reducers, all about $40, and trouble shoot your system as that would be cheaper than replacing parts until you hit the one thats the cause of the problem. More than likely your cylinder is leaking and needs rebuilt, check valve is dirty and sticking, and the pressure relief is dirty. Even if you replace the pump, these items will still have to be corrected before the system will orperate correct. T_Bone
