Thanks for the input guys. I guess one could call Agri-Supply if they wanted to know. I called earlier (before seeing these parts), and their "Technical Staff", not the people taking orders, provided me with information about the material and original of a part and what it was used for. They were very helpful.
To me it looked like a part to shim up the cultivators on a farmall 1-row tractor, but I didn't take the size into account, so I'm not sure. I was just going off of the shape of it.
