Model A Pneumatic Lift

I have a 39 Model A I inherited from my father-in-law. It has a front plow blade operated by a hand lever mounted to the left of the driver's seat. I also have a large pile of implement parts (cultivator, links, hand levers, springs, pins) including a pneumatic cylinder lift. I was able to find the operator's manual for the lift but not the installation manual, and the only picture in the operator's manual shows a belly-mounted cultivator without showing the placement of the cylinder. My brother-in-law says that his dad used to use the pneumatic lift for the plow, but doesn't remember how it was installed.

Can anyone out there give me any ideas on how it all goes together?
