That is IH model 1-F151 Disk Plow. The 2-point configuration of the same/similar plow is called C-200 for the Super C through 230 tractor. When I restored my C-200 I ended up with disk blades from Wiese Corporation out of Iowa. You need to go through one of their dealers; they will not sell directly. My memory says it was a P-24 pilot. Then you have the challenge/opportunity to drill the mounting holes. They mount with a plow bolt so you also need to figure out how to make the indentation for the bolt head. The parts book for your F-151 shows a 26 inch blade as the only blade; the C-200 takes either 24 or 26-inch blades. Try to find a copy of F11-1 McCormick Parts Catalog - Farm Implements for use with Farmall 100 Tractor. You will find it most helpful.
