Believe the original design was by ARPS. I have one and it is very similar to yours.
Check the welds on the bottom of the plate locating the pin for blade rotation or reversal. I used mine as a bull dozer and tore that plate off. Welds were not exceptional and only on the lower side. Had new plate made and welded on inside as well as bottom. Do the front plate as well.
