Hi Gene, The rim measures 9 inchs across from the outer most edge to the inner most edge. The tractor will not be used for pulling at the most mowing but the plan right now is for my son to show it and ride it in parades. I don't have my heart set on any one size so I will go with what ever you recomend. I thank you and the others for all your help.The photo shows what I think was an old truck tire on this side and the side away from the camera the best I can make out is a 9 X 24. Both tires are flat a pancakes. Don't know if the photo helps any, but what the heck something to do
