The John Deere 450C was built 1975 through 1979 and was a larger crawler weighing 10,940 lbs. The John Deere 350B was also built 1975 to 1979 and was the direct competitor for the 500 weighing 8115 lbs and having about the same hp. The International 100C which was built 1970 through 1974 and the 100E which was built 1974 till ? was the direct competitor for the JD 450. All of these weights are for the tractor only without a blade or loader mounted. Hope this information helps. Harold H
