No, on two counts (at least)
If the tractor is used for ant work at all (engine loaded), the stack temperatures will far exceed any epoxy type material.
Secondly, the moment arm combined with the mass of the muffler will exceed the stress vectors of epoxies.
It's time for a good braze job (replacement manifolds are also available from Stiener Tractor).
Been there, done that, got the huggy and tee shirt !!
