As said basically a remodeled 674 type tractor agree on brakes comment, is a way better tractor than the 40 series after it for pulling power though.
Not sure if it applied to the 685. The 885 version we had in the U.K had a fault in the shuttle shift or maybe clutch on them this being adout 25 or so years ago, I don't remember exactly what it was now.
The dealers booked them in like getting a number from the meat line at the store at certain hours, our friend had a front wheel assist new like it.
All of the 885's failed without exception, and had to be updated by the dealers. Might be worth finding out about this and if it is right for this model, and has the update ever been done.
