I think realistically, he could get 3500-4000 out of that 52, if it looks like the pics. The wide front, maybe up to 4500-5k. This is assuming the tires are basically new (which it looks like they are) depending on your area. Around here, that's what they'd bring. However, you'll need to sit on them for a bit to get those kind of numbers. Chances are you'll get someone who really wants a parade tractor and wants it ready to go. If he's just looking to sell them now, take a thousand off those numbers. If these were quick restores (overspray, lots of pitting visible) take a thousand off.
