Go any auto parts store and buy a piece of 5/16 brake line. It will be a straight piece and you will need to bend it to fit. I don't know off hand what length you need. Size that up by looking at the tractor. The line will come with flared ends. Cut off the ends and replace them with compression ferrules. The store will (should) have the ferrules. Reuse the nuts that are on the line.
If you want prebent, you will have to order online and wait for it.
