Would love to have a 3588 or a 4366 . Dead or alive i have tools and know how to use them. Did have and 1805 Massey for about six months along with a set of 880 seven bottoms . It sure did make short work of my spring plowing . I did on one evening what would have taken me five evenings with the 706 and four bottoms . Biggest field plowed was a little over ten acres and the smallest was 3.2 acres . The sound of that 3208 Cat was awesome it played with seven and i had wished that i would have put the eight bottom on it . Borrowed a keewanee 24 foot hyd fold disc off a jockey friend that had just come in on the tuck from In. and jokingly told him that i should take that up to the farm to shine the blades up before the sale , he told me to get my pickup over here while he had the tong hooked to the loader tractor . Here again one eveing and all my corn ground was DONE . the bigger disc with the harrow on the back made for one pass discing where had i used my 370 it would have been two passes . Took me the whole weekend to plant it all with a 4 row planter . Total money i had in the Massey and plows including transportation was 6450 bucks . I gave a whoppen 200 bucks for the 880 eight bottoms with the eighth bottom not on the plow and the were RESETS When i sold the Massey i broke even but it was fun . Only repairs to the Massey was some brake fluid three batterys and a junkyard alt. It sold to a BTO up north of me as he farmed a whoppen 163 acres .
