On the front emblem, the pins are cast as part of the emblem.
You can't get new pins. There is no effective way to "glue" them on to the emblem that will hold.
The options are, get a new aftermarket emblem, OR use stainless screws to hold the emblem on through the existing holes in the sheet metal.
If you are talking about the CLIPS that push over the pins, you can get those at any good hardware store like Ace or Servistar (i.e. NOT a "big box" store).
