Obvious answer: They're the sizes of the belts that the friendly CaseIH parts man gives you when you walk up to the counter and say, "I need a set of fan belts for a 560 please."
I was able to look this information up on partstore.caseih.com. You can take these numbers to NAPA and have them cross reference.
Fan belt is IH part 403348R1 (old number 149635R1). The online parts book shows this belt also for the generator and water pump on a gas engine.
Diesel water pump/generator belt is part 385738R1 (old number 316250R1).
