Ok so we purchased a new block and completely rebuilt the motor, only thing not new is carb and governor, I am pretty handy so I am the maint guy for tractor, minus the rebuild we took to an engine shop for that. So tractor starts great purrs like a kitten until you advance the throttle, it doesn't have any noticeable change until the third notch then the motor takes off to high rpms, I have went over all linkage tried to adjust bottom nut top nut on gov, nothing,. Not sure what it might be, any ideas where to buy new throttle linkage(governor linkage) and springs, I really need some help we are frustrated.
