The date codes look more or less like (+12.23.B+), this example being Dec 23, 1956. Some times they are hard to read. Your 22.B is probably the tail end of one. That would be from '56 and makes sense for a 130. The other 2 long numbers you quoted are part number, which don't help much. I don't knoe the meaning of the L by itself. I have seen it and some other mystery marks on other castings. A few more date codes should help you confirm the year.
