It's actually not quite that simple - the 460 and 300/350 have different front bolsters and this is what the loader brackets bolt to. My 2000 also came off of a 460 and the brackets were not usable on my 350. Re-drilling new holes in the brackets to fit the 350 pattern would not have worked either since there would not have been much left. I ended up making new ones.
