Here is what an original one with the arm looks like, would be original to a 37 model with variable speed governor. Will require the flat metal (as opposed to the earlier cast) front fuel tank bracket and cross shaft along with the left hand throttle setup
This is the earlier style square single speed governor on my W30, F20 is the same.
This is the earlier style square governor with the variable speed field upgrade kit on my f30
