SO TRUE!!!
Just last night I was in O'reilly getting some stuff and thought to inquire about a head gasket for my Briggs and Stratton 5 hp flathead (standard engine they've made for years). I might need one soon, but wasn't in desperate need at the time, but still wanted to see if they had one or how much one was. I asked the guy "Do ya'll have a head gasket for a Briggs and Stratton 5 hp Flat Head....the standard engine they've made for years". Yes, I know I didn't have the Model/Type/Code numbers with me, but you'd think he would have some sort of a clue as to what I was talking about and could use a reference book if he didn't know enough to look it up.
The guy said "ok" and typed a couple things in the computer. Then he looked up and said...."Is this for a Car or Truck"? I said, "Um....it is a Briggs and Stratton 5 hp like on a go cart or push mower". He said, "oh ok, hold on". He typed a few more things in the computer, and looked up with disbelief and said, "I'm sorry but I've never heard of what you're talking about, so I'm gonna have to let you talk to my boss".
I wanted to punch him right in the face!!!! Ugghhhhhh

Well it sure didn't take me long to figure out what it was because I alrea
