The "On" band is the one that is tight when the PTO is in the on position. THe shaft needs to be able to tuen when the lever is in the center of its travel, but a 1/4 turn tighter than the setting I had you make at first will be OK. The Pawl looks like the pivot on which it rotates is a bit loose. If that can be tightened or replaced it might hold the lever farther toward the on position. Jim
