You're welcome, my procedure will help find the cause of no spark at all, however, its not much help if you have a good hot spark out of the coil but NOT via the rotor tip and cap??? If the spark is very very weak out the coil top, perhaps having to then jump from the rotor tip to a cap terminal is an added problem??? You need a good visible blue NOT a faint thin wimpy yellow spark you know... I have seen bad rotor tips that have a high voltage breakdown to ground problem and a cap may have a crack or carbon traces, have you tried a new rotor tip???
